HAGU, from the Japanese word meaning to piece or sew together. HAGU fabric products are limited productions of utilitarian items created by Japanese artisan working in the Bay Area. Materials, sourced from Japan and the U.S., include new and vintage textiles, particularly cotton, hemp and indigo, which are durable and acquire more character with time.
